The Wingates team is excited to be working with the Whakatipu Community Hub Charitable Trust to design a dynamic new Community Hub in the heart of Frankton Flats, Five Mile, Queenstown.

This bespoke co-working space will bring together local charities, social services, and community groups, fostering collaboration and connection. The hub features five architecturally designed buildings, each 900sqm, surrounding a shared community space for meetings and events. With input from future occupants, the design ensures a purpose-built, functional, and inspiring environment for those who serve the community.
